I love my new boots, true to size. I'm between a 9 - 9 1/2 and this fits great. I can wear thin socks and still have the comforts. Heel is not too high, not too low. The color and texture are very rich and go well with skinny jeans, a cute cream top and tan/fur jacket or vest.

I am a first time/last time customer. They charge a restock fee of $5 if the shoe was on sale. I returned the unworn shoe immediately because it didn't fit. While the fee is listed on their website I didn't notice it. Other online retailers don't have a 'restock fee' so I'll purchase from the competition in the future.

They surprised me with a refund for the restocking fee. This was a pleasant surprise since I didn't request a refund and also since it was my error in not noticing the restock fee policy listed on their website. Thank you very much. This changes my mind about being a return customer.

I love heels.com but when it ask for your email address to get 10.00 off every time I put it in it comes up with an oops. So I don't think that's cool at all.
