Defect
I have received some great items from shoespie and I love them all, but one of the boots I have received I noticed after wearing them for fifteen minutes had a defect with the heels. I was wondering why my feet was hurting so bad and why it felt like I was walking with my feet turned inward. Then is when I noticed that both heels of the boots were turned inward and looked like it was getting ready to tear off. I didn’t have any other shoes with me to change into, so I had to cut my outing short and go home. This was the same day my boots arrived, about a week and a half ago. I didn’t let shoespie know what happened, because I wore the boots that one time and didn’t know their policy on exchanged. I love the look of the boots, but now it’s just sitting in my closet until I either let shoespie know or find a shoeshop to repair it or put a different type of heel on them. Other then that I will continue to purchase items from shoespie, because I do enjoy their variety of styles, they have a lot of good quality merchandise and I enjoy their quick service.
