I have been consistently impressed and off-the-charts happy with this company. My only complaint was when I called inquiring if there would be a sale. I was told, no. I made a large order and the VERY next day they offered a flash -30% off and refused to adjust the price of my order. I was very angry and vowed to never shop there again. However, I found I couldn't stay angry because every other aspect of the company rocks.
